The main topics of this course:what's accounting,generally accepted accounting principles and the accounting cycle; merchandising concerns,the design of accounting systems,internal control,and audits; accounting for assets; liabilities,partnerships,and accounting principles; corporations and corporate accounting; special purpose reports and financial statement analysis.Emphasis is put on application of accounting theory,accounting criteria,accounting theory and accounting problems resolving.All sorts of theories in financial accounting are also emphasized.Moreover,this course is an in-depth introduction to financial accounting,which lays a foundation for future deep study.Through studying this course,students will master some basic knowledge of business language.
