i am regretted not going to the meeting last week.(我后悔上周没有去参加那次会议。)
所以选A。 如果选B那么翻译是这样：我很遗憾上周没有去参加那次会议的。
regret 后面常用doing表示“后悔做了某事”;如果后面接“to do sth.”(对将要做的事表示遗憾)
eg:
