A attending the meeting = who attedned the meeting
present at the meeting= who were present at the meeting
attending 是分词短语作定语，是主动结构
present 相当于介词，出席的意思，presented 是动词表示呈现，展示意思
“参加会议、出席会议”要用attend而不是present，这里的翻译是：所有参加会议的人都是非常重要的人。所以这里用主动形式attending，好像attending不能主动表被动吧……
