下面是我自己对一个朋友写的英文童诗作的评价,供你参考:
“Please Dear Billy” created by Gerry ,it looks like limerick,but it has more sentences than five.It might belong to free verse,or maybe both.Anyway,Gerry used rollicking rhyming lines in his poem and made it in a humorous way.The first line and the second line,the fifth line and the sixth line all are in the same rhyme with “[lɪ]” (Billy and Silly,Lily); The third and the fourth rhyme with “ [ æd ]” (Jade and dad); and the last two lines rhyme with “[wʌn]” (everyone and one).When I read it,I laugh out.It’s so funny!

Stop copying my homework,silly a
Or I’ll tell Mrs.Jade b
Let her talk to your dad b
Please dear Billy a
Never again playing with my Lily a
Or I’ll just tell everyone c
That you’ve always been the bed-wetting one c
