随着国家对三农问题的日益重视,农业高校科研成果的推广问题也受到越来越多的关注.农业高等院校作为“科教兴农”的重要阵地,承担着培养农业人才、创新与推广农业科技成果的重任.然而当前我国的农业推广体系存在着推广机制不灵活,科研、推广、生产等环节相脱节等问题.农业推广“产学研结合”模式克服了长期存在的农业科技创新和农业技术推广相分离的现象,解决了现代农业发展中面临的信息、人才、科技支撑等问题,满足了广大农民和农业企业对农业科技的迫切需求.
近年来,华南农业大学充分发挥学校的科技人才优势,通过不断创新科技成果的推广模式、努力推进产学研相结合,积极开展技术推广、成果转化等工作,在为发展现代农业、服务广东经济社会发展和社会主义新农村建设提供了有力的科技支撑的同时也为我国高校农业推广探索出了一个新方向和一系列新方法,值得各农业高等院校借鉴.
论文以国家创新理论、农业创新扩散理论、系统协同理论、高新技术改造传统农业理论为指导,从我国农业高等院校农业推广产学研结合现状,运用文献分析、案例分析和SWOT分析的方法,对华南农业大学产学研结合的实践进行系统总结和效果分析,并提出相关建议,并总结产学研结合主要模式和农业高等院校产学研结合特殊性.论文共分六章进行论述:
第一章“导言”,主要阐述研究的意义、目的和主要研究方法以及对我国农业高等院校农业推广的研究进行综述.
第二章“概念与相关理论”,主要论述了产学研结合概率并提出了论文中运用的和产学研结合的相关理论:国家创新理论、农业创新扩散理论、系统协同理论、高新技术改造传统农业理论,在此基础上论证了农业高等院校农业推广产学研结合对我国农业经济发展的意义.
第三章“制度变迁与华南农业大学产学研结合模式的演替”,本章回顾了华南农业大学建校以来各个时期的“产学研结合模式”,展现了华南农业大学开创的一条多层次、多形式、多途径、全方位的科技成果转化之路,以及对发展现代农业,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设作出的突出贡献.
第四章“华南农业大学产学研结合效果分析”,本章结合国家创新理论、农业创新扩散理论、系统协同理论、高新技术改造传统农业理论等理论,结合具体案例,论述华南农业大学在产学研结合实践中,如何利用学校特有的优势,充分发挥学校科技创新、信息服务等优势,与政府、企业、农业推广机构和农户合作,及时将学校最新农业技术和成果转化为生产力,提升了为广东地方经济和“三农”服务的能力.
第五章“华南农业大学产学研结合发展态势SWOT分析”,本章将运用SWOT分析法,以华南农业大学为例,对高等农业院校产学研结合模式的经验、问题、机遇及挑战展开分析,并提出一定的建议.
第六章“研究结论”,本章在结合其它学者的研究成果的基础上,采用文献分析法,有针对性地对我国农业高等农业推广“产学研结合”模式进行研究,总结出产学研结合主要模式和农业高等院校产学研结合的特殊性.
