乙方必须提前向甲方书面报备旅游接待中涉及的相关内容：乙方的地址、电话、传真、联络人及负责人和乙方有关的营业证照复印件,选用的酒店、车辆及餐厅；乙方导游可能会推荐的自费项目内容、价格及全部服务内容、价格.如果有变化,乙方须尽早书面通知甲方,得到甲方书面认可后方能执行,否则由此发生的全部后果由乙方承担.

In case of no quality problems or accidents,Party A must,within 30 days after the tour groups’ departure,pay off the groups’ travel expenses to Party B by TT/check/cash(currency:RMB).In case the tour groups’ or visitors or Party A has complaints or dissents toward Party B’s contract performance,or major accidents or occurences happen,Party A will make payment after all the problems are duly handledand related expenses are decucted.

Part B shall notify Part A in written of relevant details with the tour entertainment service ,including the adress, phone number,fax,liaison of Part B,and copies of certificates which are relevant with Part B's head man or bussiness licence. And also includs choice of hotel，vehicle and the restaurant. The tour guide of Part B may recommend own-expense service and its price，or all the services and their price. If there need to make any change , Part B shall notify Part A in written immediately and could only take actions after getting writting agreement from Part A, otherwise,Part B shall take all results from that.
