因为疑问句中多数情况用anybody,而不用somebody,如果强调“有没有”,这里应该用there be句型,表存在,而不能用have.

Has anyone ever told me?

Did anybody ever tell me?

had anybody ever told me?

Whether did someone tell me that or not.
