Due to the global economic crisis and the lack of cooperation among different countries on the financial regulation,we need a new world system.Main ideas of this one are not only in the recovery of economy,and it impel the cooperation between the developing countries and the developed countries.
Following are the main ideas.
1.Balance the developing and the developed country.
This is for all the countries.It is not a sacrifice to any,who all have the right and duty to alleviate the pains every nation suffer during the world crisis.The developing countries have demands and the developed countries have techniques and funds.
So,W.P has these clauses:
1) Set up an organization with all the countries who want to join in.
2) This organization is for facing the global employment issue after the economic downturn.
4) This organization has the function to coordinate the relationship between countries and manage the allocation of resources.
6) Developed countries offer tech and fund; developing countries provide natural resource and cheap labor,thus reaching profits on both sides.
7) Reduce the trade barrier on hi-tech industry.
8) We accept suggestion from all countries.
