Although i only worked in the restaurant for only one month,I believe i will never forget the days for the rest of my life.
前面是过去式,后面时态变了


前半句用了两个only重复了,最好去掉第一个 

用了for+时间段而且看后半句你现在不在餐馆工作了所以最好用完成时,改成I‘ve worked

后半句因为在人生中是in my life所以应该把for the rest of my life改成in the rest of my life

大的语病没有，时态完全正确。感觉两个only不好。建议改为：
Although I once worked in the restaruant for only one month,I believe.....
