老兄,是正版的吧?你得说具体点,是单机版还是网络版?安装方法不一样的.
单机版：授权是否拷贝到安装目录.
网络版：授权是否加载成功.加载时要插上锁.网络环境如何,是否跨网段（要修改hosts文件才能用）?
共同的问题：安装加密锁驱动时不要插锁.电脑系统时间要正常,不要修改.

不是破解版的吧，或者是破解版的但是没有安装好。
