应该是I thought the meeting started tomorrow.
时态是要统一的．
它表示的含义是我过去认为会议是明天开始（现在我知道会议不是明天开始）

用过去时态表示虚拟语气,我以为怎样怎样呢,其实最后没有像想象中一样发生,所以后面要用过去时

如果说话时候会议还没有开始，就是I thought the meeting would be started tomorrow;如果说话时会议已经开始，就是I thought the meeting had started tomorrow.

应该用过去将来时would吧，would start tomorrow.
