The ORGANIC MATERIAL RECYCLING SYSTEM 100 will process 7500 tires per day over a 24 hour period continuously.Tires must be first shredded into 2” Chips for optimum efficiency to yield the following end products.
70% # 4 Diesel
20% Gasoline
8% # 2 Diesel [Heating oil]
2% Light Aromatics [that can be used for soaps and perfume manufacturing].
The footprint/floor space required is approximately 30 ft X 40 ft,which is equal to 3 semi trailers in space.Once the plant is set into operation,it will operate on its own production and will consume 10% of the materials it produces form the tires.
The steel and Carbon Black are also extracted during the process of making the above fuels.The OMRS 100 has the capability to produce a clean # 4 Diesel,but refining will still be needed for larger operations and production.
We have a Demo Model set up in Upstate New Jersey that can be seen in operation and we have samples and photo’s available for inspection.The Developer has the Patent Applied for and can obtain all necessary Emissions Reports and 3rd Party Certifications as to the systems capabilities.
Based on a continuous process of 7500 tires per day for 350 days per year,the OMRS 100 has the capacity to turn 2.6 million tires into alternative fuels,steel and carbon black.When 2 units are set up together,we are able to process 5 million tires annually with a net income of $ 20 Million+ annually from the sale of the fuels the system will produce.Each scrap tire that is now discarded as waste now has a value of $4.50 per tire when it is processed and turned into diesel fuel,gasoline,carbon black and steel.
