1.内在的原因
（1）学生自身性格或心理作用的影响
许多初中生在入初中之前从未学过英语,更谈不上接受过英
语口语训练.对于大多数初中生,尤其是初一学生来讲,英语是一
种陌生的语言,必须从A、B、C 学起.同时,学生对学习英语有一
些心理上的障碍,有研究试验证明,多数外语学习者的外语水平
与他们的性格有关,一般说来,性格开朗、自信心强,认真负责的
外语学习者水平高于那些性格内向,缺乏自信心者的水平.对于
刚接触到英语的学生,容易产生自卑心理、害臊心理、定势心理、
从众心理等等.如学习英语既要学习拼写,又要练习练发音,还要
记句型.这样刚学之初,当然有些费劲,这使得一些学生觉得自己
不是学英语的“那块料”,产生一种自卑心理,因而不敢开口说英
语.
（2）个人目标要求过高,不愿出错
刚开始学习英语,同学们的兴致都特别高,也很积极.但是随
着年龄的增长和英语知识的提高,自认为有了一定的水平,对自
己的要求也有了相应的提高,不愿出错,更不愿出较为初级的错
误.如有些学生性格较内向,更不敢再陌生人面前说英语.

For the students who are the frist to meet English, and easily to prone to inferiority complex, ashamed psychology, given the potential psychological, group psychology and so on. If it is necessary to study and learn English spelling, pronunciation practice and also exercise, but also sentence in mind. Just the beginning of this school, of course, some strenuous, which makes some students feel
Not English, "cut out" to produce a inferiority complex, and therefore can not speak English

2. They setted their goals too high and donnot wanna go wrong. The students are particularly high spirits and very postive at the beginnning, but with the growth and improvement of knowledge of English, since that has a certain level of English, and the same time, they improve their self-requirements, and don't wanna go wrong particularily such junior mistakes. And some students with introverted personality, who didn't dare to speak English in front of strangers.
