This refers to your application for a study permit.
According to canada’s immigration and refugee protection Act and the regulations,an applicant for a study permit must establish that he or she meets the requirements of the Act. In order to meet those requirements,the officer must be satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources,without working in canada, to pay tuition fees and to maintain yourself and any family members that are accompanying you .The officer must also be satisfied that your stay in canada will be temporary.
Based on a careful review of the information contained in your application and all of the documentation,which you have provided in support of your application , I have concluded that you fail to meet the requirements of canadian immigration legislation for the issuance of a study permit.The reasons for your refusal are indicated below:
*You have not satisfied me that you have adequate funds available to you to pay for your expenses while in canada and that you will be able to return to china.
*You have not satisfied me that you are an intending temporary resident to canada as defined by canada’s immigration and refugee protection Act.
Documents that are not returned have been kept on file.
