what's the matter with you在句中是作宾语的,按理说宾语从句要还原成陈述句语气,就是I don't know what the matter with you is,但是我们老师说这是一个特例,这一句可以不用还原,至于还有没有其他类似的就不知道了.

两句结构不同，一个是i do not know something . 一个是i do not know what ...

这，语法应该都没有问题，而且第二种更合适，但是应该说起来第一种比较简洁地道，大家都这么用，那就这样用了呗，就比如中文的甄嬛的第二个字该念xuan吧，还是什么的，但是大家都错了，错就错了呗
