deal with 意思是处理、对付
do with不能直接用而应该变成do sth with sth的形式

B.deal with 是应对。
do with这个字基本没有听过 , 估计是语病或者是虚构的。

deal是过去式，that﹉have是过去式，所以要对应deal
而do with是一般现在时

做处理讲do with不能直接用而应该变成do sth with sth的形式，而deal with的形式就可以直接是deal with something “the problem” 还原到句子中，应为i have to deal with 而 用do with，with后边就不知该有什么了

do with 应该是跟how搭配，deal with 就是跟what=（thisis。。。）这部分代替

deal with为固定搭配，表示处理
