said that done.for me I always habitually
think in negative ways and think more about
dark side rather than bright side.especially
when I was frustrated by something bad,I
used to lose temper,for example,I lost the
ping pang games to others,I could not help
cursing myself and smashing the racket which
baffled me because I rarely did this kind of
things.I know that is a bad habit,but I just
can't change it.I am helpless.I think that's
the mental weakpoint.so good or bad,I am always
in bad mood.how to overcome it?
