5.CHANGE
The Vendor shall make no changes,additions or deletions in the manufacture of the Goods as described in the Requisition including but not limited to,specification,drawings,and other descriptions and conditions contained in the related documents without the Purchaser’s written approval.
The Purchaser may make change if such changes,additions or deletions initiated by the Purchaser affect the cost of manufacture or the time of delivery,the Vendor shall give the Purchaser written notice thereof within two (2) weeks from the date of the Purchaser’s notice,and the Purchaser shall give the instruction within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of the Purchaser’s receipt of the Vendor’s notice whether to accept the Vendor’s proposed cost or delivery changes or to withdraw such changes.
In case of withdrawal of changes during the above period,the original contract price or delivery shall remain unchanged.If the Vendor gives the Purchaser no such notice,the Requisition and associated documents shall be deemed amended and the contract price and time of delivery shall be deemed unchanged.
6.MATERIALS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
The Vendor shall not substitute material specified in the Requisition unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Purchaser.
If the words “or equal” are under in the Contract,any proposed substitutions must be approved in writing by the Purchaser.

5.改变
卖方不得改变、增删货物生产所涉及的条款,包括但不限于规范、图纸,以及其他说明和在没有买方的书面同意的相关文件中的条件.
买方可改变,如果这种变化,增加或由买方发起的缺失影响生产或交付的时间成本,卖方应当在从买方通知之日起两周内书面通知买方,而买方应当在接到卖方通知收到之日起两周回复是否接受卖方提出的成本、交货更改或撤回这些变化.
鉴于在上述期间的变化,原来的合同价格或交货撤回的情况将维持不变.如果卖方提供买方没有这样的通知,申请和相关文件应被视为修订的合同价格和交货时间应被视为不变.
6.材料和替代
卖方不得在执行中指定替代材料,除非另有买方书面确定.
如果在合同中以下有文字或者相当于文字的内容,任何建议的替换,必须由买方签字批准.
