南方日报(微博)讯 (记者/赵杨 通信员/赵辉 钟国华)近日，6名涉嫌非法吸收大众存款达4000多万的犯罪嫌疑人，被广州市天河区检察院以涉嫌非法接收公家存款罪依法同意拘捕。该案受害人达400多名，其中有十多少位老年人每人投资过百万，除获得少量返还利息外，基础血本无归。

2009年3月至今，犯法嫌疑人李某租用体育西路一大厦16楼两间写字楼作为办公地点，先后伙同郝某、莫某、毕某等人干起了欺骗的勾当。固然办公地点一样，然而其公司名却换来换去，曾用过“黑龙江东×德高新型建材科技发铺有限开发公司”、“黑龙江天×投资治理有限公司广州分公司”等。他们列出的“投资项目”有投资环保建材制作、园林式墓园、老人院等。这3个被吹为“回报率高”的投资项目简直化为乌有，但却以月回报率19%—21%为钓饵吸引投资。

据办案人员查证，不证据证明公司投资该3个名目。其中有一个位于白云区的老人院项目，嫌疑人最初仅是想从该白叟院获取老年人的客户材料，后来才有收购动向，但直到案发，该项目尚未谈成。

该案受害人重要是老年人，年纪最大的84岁。嫌疑人李某今年64岁，他从各个渠道获取老年人的接洽方式并鸣业务员一一打电话，同时以赠阅报纸、组织老年人到近郊免费游览、免费喝早茶等方法，吸引老年人投资其公司。

李某将客户汇入其私人账户的投资款及现金交由公司财务周某、张某，由他们将每天吸存款项的8%作为事迹提成分给业务员，将公司业务主任及其管辖的业务员每天招揽的存款总额的12%，作为业绩提成分给公司业务主任，最后将当天所有客户总投资额的2%分辨发给郝某、莫某、毕某3个副总经理，1%分给公司讲师。

据办案检察官先容，该团伙的开销数额惊人。嫌疑人租用体育西路高级写字楼,Nike Air Jordan 5，每月仅房钱就要6万多元，公司业务职员达100多人，轻易给人一种是至公司的假象；承诺及实际给付受害人的月息达19%—21%，即投资1万元，每月可取得2000元左右归报，且半年返本；公司在每失掉1笔投资后，仅支付本钱、业务员提成、业务经理提成、副总经理提成、公司讲师提成这5项就已超过投资款的50%，且天天结算一次。从现场缉获的公司账单、工资表、业务提成等证据望来，3名副总经理、1名讲师每月月薪均有5万—10万，其中业务量最大的副总经理郝某于2010年获公司嘉奖1辆价值约100万元(含税)的入口宝马730i小轿车。该公司事发时，侦察方从嫌疑人李某的私家账户查获金额近1000万元。
