摘 要：电子商务作为一种新兴行业,近几年来得到了迅猛的发展,为全球经济带来新的增长契机.电子商务作为新兴网络经济的一项具体应用,其本质是利用现代信息技术进行商务活动,技术只是手段,核心还是商务模式.从这个观点出发,只有产生实际利润才符合商业原则,才有存在的价值和发展的基础.这就不可避免地涉及到如何赚钱的一个根本问题——盈利模式.电子商务盈利模式理论是在电子商务理论和实践的环境下孕育和产生的,是在传统企业经营和运作模式的理论基础上的进一步深化和创新.它的提出无论是对即将建立新的电子商务企业的创业者来说,还是对目前已经在经营电子商务企业的守成者来说,都具有重大的指导意义.论文主要研究电子商务企业盈利模式,首先总结了电子商务盈利模式从网络经济的特性和竞争结构等环境因素上对盈利模式进行宏观的把握,之后从构成要素和收入支出分析等角度对盈利模式进行了理论分析和评价;之后结合中国电子商务发展的状况进一步总结并归纳了现有电子商务企业的两种盈利模式.
