你的美国网友问你,为什么中国存在那种“不敢乐于助人（怕别人乘机敲诈）”的现象,对此你怎么看?有声么看法,给他回一篇100字的邮件.
Help is a very important thing between everybody's relationship. But why Chinese didn't help others? It is because maybe there are bad people that want to cheat on you. For example, someone ask you to take a picture. You did help him, but after you help, you find out someone stole your wallet. This is a way that the people cheat on you. There are many cheaters in China. That cause everyone don't believe each other. This is a problem that haven't been solve. I wish everybody could help each other also, but because of the problems, no one help others now.

why chinese people don't dare to help people in need?.I think some examples can explain this question.There is a boy on his way home .Suddenly ,he saw an old woman walking in the street while a car was running fast towards to her.As a result ,the waman was hurt badly.The boy was helpful enough to send the woman to the hospital .To his surprise ,the waman's family asked him for the money.Because they think it is he who made their mother get hurt.From this,we can see that most of we chinses are heipful,but some bad people lead to this resuit that we aren't willing to help others.
