Yes,cheating is very dishonest.The purpose of testing is to find out how much one has really learned.We should be truthful to ourselves and to the peole who give us tests.If we cheat,fisrt of all,it means that we admit that we didn't study the subject well,which shows how irresponsibile we are towards our assigned work; secondly,by cheating we are telling the test givers that we don't think they are smart enough to notice our inapproprate behavior.Over all,cheating does no one anything good at all.

Of course.One should be responsible with what he (she) has learned,no matter how difficult the questions migh be ,he should never cheat himself on the exam .
