第一句.
您可先将第一句转换成陈述句应为：you are talking with somebody on the phone.然后对人提问,疑问代词who放在句首,紧跟be动词,再加陈述句语序,最后加问号.
第二句转换成陈述句为某人现在正跟你讲话,好像不符合现在进行时态的逻辑,如果是第三者描述这件事的情景,句中的第三人sonebody作主语应该用过去进行时,如用现在进行时,语序应像第一句用you做主语.
我觉得第二句主要有人称和时态逻辑对应问题.
