因为mark是“标识，标记”的意思，make a mark意为在某处作标记，而不是“某时”所以用where

如果是定语从句的话，引导词应该在定语从句中充当一个成分，而现在的“you have a question”中，主语 谓语 宾语都全了 所以说 不能用定语从句。
可是如果用where引导 后面的句子作状语 就可以了。
